Car
From the center of Arslanbob Walnut Forest, head east on the main road. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Say and landmarks like the local mosque. Turn left at the intersection onto ул Парпиназаров Машрап, and drive for about 500 meters. Say will be on your left at Гумхана, 36 ул Парпиназаров Машрап. Ensure you have some local currency for parking fees if applicable.
Public Transportation
From the center of Arslanbob, locate the local marshrutka (minibus) stop. Take a marshrutka heading towards Say, which should be clearly marked. The fare is typically around 10 soms. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at Гумхана, 36 ул Парпиназаров Машрап, and they will assist you. Be prepared to pay the fare in cash.

If you're already in the vicinity of the walnut forest, you can walk to Say. Start at the main entrance of the walnut forest and head east along the main path. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach ул Парпиназаров Машрап. Turn left, and Say will be situated on your left at Гумхана, 36 ул Парпиназаров Машрап.
