From the center of Karakol, head east on A. M. S. K. Street towards the intersection with Lenin Street. At the intersection, turn right onto Lenin Street and continue straight. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the fork in the road near the Karakol River. Keep to the left, following the signs toward Jeti Oguz. Continue along this road for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Jeti Oguz. The Pamyatnik (Memorial Park) is located just inside the entrance, surrounded by beautiful birches.
