Walking
From the center of Kemin, head north on the main road, which is called A365. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Sovetskoye. Turn right onto this road. Continue walking for another 500 meters, and you will see Orobashy Garden on your left, marked by a small entrance sign.
Public Transport (Marshrutka)
Look for a marshrutka (shared minibus) that is headed towards Sovetskoye. You can find these marshrutkas at the main bus station in Kemin. Once you board, pay the fare to the driver (usually around 10-15 som). Stay on the marshrutka for about 10 minutes until you hear the driver announce Sovetskoye. When you get off, walk back about 100 meters down the road, and you will find Orobashy Garden on your right.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the main square in Kemin. Cycle north on A365 for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the intersection with the road to Sovetskoye, take a right. It's a straight path from there, and you'll arrive at Orobashy Garden in about 5 minutes. Keep an eye out for the garden entrance on your left.
