Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at the center of Kyzyl-Oi, where you will find the main square near the local market. From the square, head north on the main road until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Tokmok area. Turn left onto this road and continue walking for about 3 kilometers. You will pass several small houses and fields along the way. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Tokmok and Burana Tower. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will see Burana Tower on your right side, set against the backdrop of the mountains.

  • Public Transport (Minibus)

    From Kyzyl-Oi, find the local minibus station, usually close to the main square. Look for a minibus heading towards Tokmok. Once you board, inform the driver you want to get off at Burana Tower. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes. The driver will drop you off near the entrance to the Burana Tower site, which is about a 5-minute walk from the minibus stop.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Kyzyl-Oi and head north on the main road.
