Walking
From the center of Tokmok, start at the main square located near the Tokmok City Hall. Head north on Shevchenko Street until you reach the intersection with Kirova Street. Turn right onto Kirova Street and continue straight until you reach the bus station. Here, you can take a shared taxi (marshrutka) heading towards Kegeti. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to go to Kol-Tor Lake. The drive will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kegeti gorge entrance, follow the signs for Kol-Tor Lake. The hike to the lake will take about 1-2 hours depending on your pace.

Public Transport
From Tokmok, walk to the central bus station located near the main square. Look for marshrutkas heading towards Kegeti Gorge. You can ask locals or the station staff for assistance if needed. Once on the marshrutka, it will drop you off at the entrance to Kegeti Gorge. From there, you will have to hike approximately 3-5 kilometers to reach Kol-Tor Lake. Follow the main trail and enjoy the stunning scenery along the way.
