Take a marshrutka (shared minibus) from the Tokmok Bazaar towards the eastern part of the city. Get off at the intersection of Manas Avenue and Jibek Jolu Street. From there, walk northeast on Jibek Jolu Street until you reach the Manas Statue on your right.
