If you are driving from the city center of Bokeo Province, head west on Route 13. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Naka. Once in Naka, look for signs indicating Nam Xay Viewpoint, which is located on a small road off to the right. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the viewpoint. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Nam Xay Viewpoint using public transportation, start by taking a local bus or songthaew to Naka from the main bus station in Bokeo Province. The fare is typically around 10,000 LAK (Lao Kip). Once you arrive in Naka, you can either walk to the viewpoint (about 5 kilometers) or hire a tuk-tuk for approximately 30,000 LAK to take you directly to the viewpoint entrance.

If you find yourself close to Naka, you can opt to walk to Nam Xay Viewpoint. From the town center, head south towards the small road that leads to the viewpoint. The walk is about 5 kilometers and will take you through some scenic areas. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
