If you are traveling by car, start your journey in Bokeo Province and head towards the Phu Chi Fa Forest Park. Take Route 2E towards the town of Huay Xai. At Huay Xai, follow the signs to Route 3, which leads to the border with Thailand. Cross the border into Thailand, and then follow the signs towards Wiang Kaen District. Continue on the unnamed road until you reach the coordinates VC2W+2C2. Make sure to check for any vehicle insurance or fees required for crossing the border.

To reach Phu Chi Fa Forest Park via public transportation, take a local bus or songthaew from Huay Xai to the border crossing at Chiang Khong. Once you cross the border into Thailand, you can catch a bus from Chiang Khong to Wiang Kaen. After arriving in Wiang Kaen, you might need to take a motorbike taxi or arrange a local tuk-tuk to take you to Phu Chi Fa Forest Park. Keep in mind that the last leg of the journey may require negotiation of fare. Ensure you have Thai Baht as currency for payments.
