Car
From Paksong, head east towards the Bolaven Plateau. Follow Route 16, and look for signs leading to Tad Champee Waterfall. The road will eventually turn into a dirt road; continue until you reach the entrance. Be prepared for a bumpy ride. There is no entrance fee.
Public Transport
From Pakse, take a local bus or songthaew (shared taxi) heading to Paksong. These can be found at the local bus station. The fare is approximately 20,000 LAK. Once in Paksong, hire a tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi to Tad Champee Waterfall; negotiate the fare beforehand, which may cost around 50,000 to 100,000 LAK for a round trip. The tuk-tuk will take you to the dirt road leading to the waterfall.
