Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Pakse, take a minivan or bus towards Paksong. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and costs around 20,000 to 30,000 LAK (approximately $2 to $3 USD). Once in Paksong, hire a tuk-tuk for a round trip to the waterfall, costing around 50,000 LAK (approximately $5 USD).

    Rent a motorbike in Pakse and drive to Tad Fane Waterfall. The journey is approximately 38 kilometers and takes around 40 minutes. Head south on Route 13, then turn east onto Route 16. Look for the sign to Tad Fane at KM 38. Parking near the waterfall costs 5,000 kip (€0.22).
