From the city center, such as the Royal Palace Museum, Liberty Place is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. Head east along Thanon Sisavangvong, then turn right onto Thanon Chao Fa Ngum. Continue straight, crossing the Nam Khan River via a bridge. Liberty Place will be on your left, in Ban Thadluang. There are no costs associated with walking.
