Luang Prabang Alm Giving, Temples and Pak Ou Caves Private Tour
Great value cultural and spiritual tour
This is a wonderful tour of all the main cultural and spiritual sights of Luang Prabang in a single day. It's a long day, but it also doesn't feel rushed and there is a good balance between activity (walking up steps), relaxation (cruising the river) and reflection (visiting spiritually significant places. My guide was clearly well loved by the community and very knowledgable about the places we visited, Luang Prabang in general, and daily life of monks having been a novice and later a monk over 11 years. It was more expensive than most tours, but it includes a lot in a single day, all entry fees, a large lunch and was exactly as described in the itinerary. Perfect if you are interested in the more cultural and spiritual side of Luang Prabang. It was a great day and I highly recommend this tour.
