If you are driving from the center of Oudomxay, head south on Route 13. Continue for approximately 15 km until you reach the intersection with Route 1A. Turn left onto Route 1A and continue for about 10 km. Look for the signs indicating Ban Phoukeu and turn right. Follow the local roads for approximately 5 km to reach ໜອງຫຼົມ Lom Lake, which will be on your left. Ensure you have a good map or GPS, as some road signs may be limited.
