Car
If you are driving from Oudomxay town, head southeast on Route 13. Follow this road for about 80 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 2. Take a right onto Route 2 and continue for approximately 25 kilometers. You will see signs for Water Fall Nam Dee. Turn left onto the dirt road leading to the waterfall. The parking area is available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
From Oudomxay town, take a local bus heading towards Luang Namtha. The bus ride takes around 2-3 hours. You will need to inform the driver that you want to get off at the junction for Water Fall Nam Dee. Once you arrive at the junction, you can either walk the remaining distance (approximately 5 kilometers) or hire a tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi to take you to the waterfall entrance.
Tuk-Tuk/Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a tuk-tuk or a taxi from Oudomxay town. Negotiate the fare in advance, as prices may vary. Expect to pay around 200,000 to 300,000 LAK for a round trip. The driver will take you directly to Water Fall Nam Dee, and you can arrange for them to wait for you while you explore the area.
