If you're driving from Phakse, head north on Route 13 for approximately 90 kilometers. As you approach Vang Vieng, look for the signs indicating Pha Ngern View Point. Turn onto the access road which leads to the viewpoint. The last stretch of the road is a bit steep, so drive carefully. Parking is available near the viewpoint.
