Car
From Phakse city center, head northeast on Route 13 for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the Muang Kham area. Look for the signs directing you to Tham Piew Cave. The cave is located at the coordinates MHF9+VCX, Muang Kham. There is a small parking area near the entrance.
Public Transportation
Take a local bus or minivan from Phakse to Muang Kham. The buses usually leave from the main bus station in Phakse. The journey may take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the bus schedule. Once you arrive in Muang Kham, you can hire a tuk-tuk or a motorbike taxi to take you to Tham Piew Cave, which is about 10 minutes away from the town center.
Walking
If you are already in Muang Kham, you can walk to Tham Piew Cave. From the center of town, head northwest toward the cave. It is approximately a 3-kilometer walk, and it should take about 30 to 40 minutes on foot. Follow the main road and look for signage directing you to the cave.
