If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Phongsaly town. Head north on Route 1 toward Ban Cat. It's approximately a 1-hour drive (around 30 km) to reach the area. Once you arrive in Ban Cat, follow the signs toward NumKatYorLaPa, which is located at P474+49G. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach NumKatYorLaPa using public transportation, take a local bus from the Phongsaly bus station heading towards Ban Cat. Buses usually depart every hour, and the ride takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Ban Cat, walk the remaining distance to NumKatYorLaPa, which is about 1 km from the bus stop. You can ask locals for directions if needed.
