If you are driving a car, start from the center of Phongsaly town. Head west on Route 1B for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Muang Ngoy. Once you arrive in Muang Ngoy, look for signs to Pha Nam Lod, which is located just outside the village, approximately 2 kilometers to the north. Parking is available near the entrance.
