Follow the road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the sign for Pha Ngern View Point. Turn left onto the unpaved road (WCHG+JFM) and continue for about 5 kilometers. The road may get bumpy, so drive carefully. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the parking area for Pha Ngern View Point. Parking is typically free.

To reach Pha Ngern View Point using public transportation, you will need to take a bus or minivan from Phou Bia to Vang Vieng. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station. The fare is around 30,000 LAK (approximately $3 USD). The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Vang Vieng, take a tuk-tuk to Pha Ngern View Point.
