Catch a tuk-tuk from the central market area of Phou Bia, which is a popular starting point for tourists. Negotiate the fare with the driver before departing; expect to pay around 30,000 to 50,000 LAK for the journey. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Tell the driver you want to go to Elephant Village Sanctuary & Resort on Sisavangvong Road.

You can also take a songthaew (shared pickup truck) from the central bus station in Phou Bia. Look for those heading towards Luang Prabang and ask the driver to drop you off near the Elephant Village Sanctuary & Resort.
