From Phou Bia, head south on Route 13 towards Vientiane. Follow this road for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Vientiane. Look for signs indicating 'That Luang' and take the exit towards Xaysettha district. Once you enter Xaysettha, follow the signs to Pha That Luang, which is located at the address 'That Luang, Xaysettha 10009'.
