If you're driving, start your journey in Phou Bia and head southwest on Route 13. Continue for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach Luang Prabang. Once in Luang Prabang, follow the signs to the city center. Upon reaching the center, take a right onto Ounheun Road. Wat Siphoutthabath will be located on your left at 27 Ounheun Rd. Parking may be limited, so look for designated parking areas nearby.
