If you are staying in the downtown area of Savannakhet, head southeast on Rue Francois Ngin towards Rue Khounboulom. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue Thangnang. Take a left on Rue Thangnang, and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will find That Ing Hang on your right side, just a short walk from the main road.
