The ferry to Don Det costs about 15,000 LAK and takes 30 minutes. Make sure to check the ferry schedule upon arrival as the last ferry usually leaves in the late afternoon.

For a more adventurous option, you can rent a motorbike in Si Phan Don for about 60,000 LAK per day. Ride to Nakasong and park your bike at the ferry terminal.
