If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the capital city of Xaisomboun Province, which is Pha That. From Pha That, take Route 1 south towards the town of Songkeo, which is approximately 20 km away. Upon reaching Songkeo, continue on the unnamed road that leads northwest from the town center. Follow the signs and GPS directions to W33X+Q2M. The viewpoint is located about 5 km from Songkeo on this road. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for mountainous terrain as the road can be narrow and winding.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a local bus or shared taxi from Pha That to Songkeo. Buses typically leave several times a day and the fare is very affordable (around 20,000 LAK). Once you arrive in Songkeo, you can hire a motorbike taxi or arrange a private driver to take you to the Neng Ye Lor viewpoint. The motorbike taxi fare might range from 30,000 to 50,000 LAK, depending on your negotiation skills and the driver.

If you prefer a more adventurous route, after reaching the drop-off point near the viewpoint, you can walk the remaining distance.
