    From the Royal Palace Museum, head south on Sisavangvong Road, then turn left onto Kingkitsarath Road. Follow this road to the base of Mount Phousi. There are two staircases to the top; the main entrance has 328 steps. The entrance fee is 20,000 LAK.

    From anywhere in Luang Prabang city center, a tuk-tuk to Mount Phousi typically costs between 20,000 to 30,000 LAK. Ask the driver to take you to the base of Mount Phousi. The entrance fee to climb the mountain is 20,000 LAK.
