Motorbike
The most common way to reach Nam Xay Viewpoint is by renting a motorbike in Vang Vieng. A rental costs approximately 50,000 to 180,000 LAK per day. From Vang Vieng, cross the Namsong Bridge (though the bridge crossing fee is officially no longer charged). Follow the dirt road for approximately 7.5km to the parking area at the base of the viewpoint. Be cautious of potholes and uneven road conditions. Parking at the trailhead is free.
