Walking
From the center of Cesis, head south on Rīgas iela towards the intersection with Jāņa Poruka iela. Turn left onto Jāņa Poruka iela and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pils iela. Turn right onto Pils iela and follow it until you reach the bus station. From the bus station, catch bus number 1 towards Līgatne. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Līgatne, disembark at the stop 'Spriņģu iela'. From the bus stop, walk north on Spriņģu iela for about 300 meters, and you will see Līgatnes papīrfabrika on your left at Spriņģu iela 4A.
Bicycling
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Cesis. Start your ride from the town center heading south along Rīgas iela, then turn left onto Jāņa Poruka iela. Continue straight until you reach Pils iela, where you will make a right. Follow Pils iela until you reach the bus station, but instead of stopping there, keep going straight as the road transitions into the main road leading to Līgatne. It will take about 25-30 minutes to reach Līgatnes papīrfabrika, which will be on your left at Spriņģu iela 4A.
Public Transport
To get to Līgatnes papīrfabrika using public transport, go to the Cesis bus station located at 1A Rīgas iela. Purchase a ticket for Līgatne at the ticket counter or from the vending machine. Board bus number 1, which departs regularly throughout the day. The journey will take about 15 minutes. Disembark at the 'Spriņģu iela' stop, and walk 300 meters north along Spriņģu iela. The museum will be on your left at Spriņģu iela 4A.
