From the center of Cēsis, head south on Rīgas iela towards the Cēsis Castle. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pils iela. Turn left onto Pils iela and follow it until you reach the end of the street. You will see a sign for Līgatne. Continue straight onto the road that leads out of Cēsis. After about 2 kilometers, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Līgatne and the Soviet Secret Bunker. The bunker is located in Skaļupes, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the center of Cēsis.

Once you reach Pils iela, turn left and continue until the end of the street. After that, follow the signs towards Līgatne.
