Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Cēsis, which is approximately 12 km away from Ērgļu klintis. Head east on P4 road towards Priekuļi for about 7 km. Then take a left onto V 1016 road. Continue straight for 3.5 km until you reach a parking area near Ērgļu klintis. Please note, there may be a small parking fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Ērgļu klintis using public transportation, take a bus from Cēsis to Priekuļi. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Priekuļi, you will need to walk approximately 2 km to reach Ērgļu klintis. Follow the signs towards the Gauja National Park, and enjoy the scenic walk.
Walking
If you are already in the area and wish to walk to Ērgļu klintis, you can start from the nearest town, Priekuļi. From the center of Priekuļi, head north on the V 1016 road for about 2 km. The trail to Ērgļu klintis is well-marked, and you will enjoy the beautiful surroundings along the way. Ensure you wear comfortable walking shoes.
