If you are in the central area of Jūrmala, you can easily walk to the Jurmala City Museum located at Tirgoņu iela 29. Start at Jomas iela, a popular pedestrian street filled with shops and cafes. Walk towards the beach and then head north on Jomas iela until you reach the intersection with Tirgoņu iela. Turn right onto Tirgoņu iela, and continue walking for about 300 meters. The museum will be on your left side, marked with a sign.

To reach the Jurmala City Museum using public transport, find the nearest bus stop. You can take bus number 2 or 12 heading towards the 'Jūrmala' direction. If you are boarding from the main bus station, get off at the 'Tirgoņu iela' stop.
