The most direct route is to take the A9 highway towards Rīga, which will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Rīga, follow signs to the city center. As you approach the city, merge onto the A1 road (Brīvības iela) which will lead you directly into the Central District. Look for Rātslaukums 5, which is located near St. Peter's Church. There is limited street parking, so be prepared to find a parking spot nearby.
