From Riga Central Bus Station, purchase a ticket for a bus heading towards Jūrmala. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once in Jūrmala, transfer to a local bus (number 4 or 6) to the 'Vakarbulli' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the beach. A single bus ticket in Riga typically costs around €1.15 - €2.00.

From the center of Riga, take the A10 highway west. Continue for about 40 kilometers and take the exit towards Jūrmala (A10), following signs for Jūrmala. Keep left to stay on the A10, which merges onto Jūrmala's main road. Continue until you reach Vakarbulli Beach in the Kurzeme District. Parking is available near the beach, but spaces are limited, and it can get crowded. Parking is free. Keep in mind that if you are entering Jūrmala, there is a fee of €3.
