Car
From any location in Latgale Upland, head towards the A6 road (also known as the Via Baltica). Follow the signs for Rīga. Continue on the A6 for about 2 hours until you reach the outskirts of Rīga. Once in Rīga, take the exit for the city center, and follow the signs for Centra rajons. As you enter the city, turn onto Brīvības iela, then take a left onto Meistaru iela. Look for number 10/12 on your right, where 'Cat House' is located.
Public Transportation
To reach 'Cat House' using public transportation, take a bus or train from your location in Latgale Upland to Rīga. If you are taking a bus, you can buy a ticket at the bus station. Once you arrive in Rīga, head to the Rīga Central Bus Station. From there, you can take tram number 5 or 7 towards 'Bolderāja' and get off at the 'Rātslaukums' stop. Walk down Meistaru iela for about 5 minutes and you will find 'Cat House' at number 10/12.
