If you are driving from Daugavpils, take the A13 road towards Rīga. Follow the signs for Rīga and continue on A13 for approximately 180 km. As you approach Rīga, take the exit toward the city center. Continue straight onto the Krasta iela, then turn left onto Elizabetes iela. The Freedom Monument will be on your right at the intersection with Brīvības iela. There are several parking options in the nearby area.

To reach the Freedom Monument using public transportation from Daugavpils, take a train from the Daugavpils railway station to Rīga. The journey takes about 2.5 hours. Upon arriving at Rīga's central station, exit the station and head towards the city center.
