If you're driving from Daugavpils, take the A13 highway north towards Riga. Continue on A13 for about 2 hours. Once you reach Riga, follow signs for the city center. After crossing the Daugava River, take the exit towards Zemgale Suburb. Continue straight until you see signs for Victory Park, which will be on your right. There is ample parking available near the park.

From Daugavpils, take a train to Riga, which takes approximately 2.5 hours. Once you arrive at Riga Central Station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop located just outside. Take bus number 1 or 21 towards 'Zemgale Suburb'. Get off at the 'Uzvaras Parks' stop. Victory Park is a short walk from the bus stop, just follow the signs directing you to the park.

From Rēzekne, drive towards Rīga via the A12 road. After about 2 hours, merge onto the A13 towards Rīga. Continue on A13, and once in the city, follow the signs for 'Zemgale Suburb'. Victory Park will be a prominent landmark on your right-hand side as you approach.
