At this intersection, turn left onto Hanzas iela. After walking a short distance, you will see the Latvian flagpole located in the Zemgale Suburb.

    Public Transport

    From the central bus station in Riga, take tram number 6 or 9. Board the tram heading towards the 'Rīgas Pasažieru Osta' or 'Zemitāni' stops. Stay on the tram for 7 stops and get off at 'Zemgale Suburb'. Walk straight for about 300 meters, and you will find the Latvian flagpole in the nearby park area. A single fare on public transport is approximately €1.15.

    If you are driving, start from the city center of Riga and head southeast on Brīvības iela. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Krišjāņa Barona iela.
