To reach Rundāle Palace from Riga, take a bus from the Riga Central Bus Station to Bauska. Buses depart regularly, and the journey takes approximately 1 hour. From Bauska Bus Station, transfer to a local bus heading towards Pilsrundāle. This bus ride takes about 20-40 minutes. Get off at the Pilsrundāle stop, from which it is a 10-minute walk to the Palace. A one way ticket from Riga to Bauska costs approximately €4-€6. The local bus from Bauska to Pilsrundāle is approximately €1-€2.

If driving from Riga, take the A7 highway south towards Bauska. After about 60 km, take the exit towards Pilsrundāle and follow the local roads, which are signposted to Rundāle Palace.
