Walking
If you are in the center of Liepāja, start at the Liepāja Concert Hall located on Rīgas iela. From there, head south on Rīgas iela until you reach the intersection with Jaunā iela. Turn left onto Jaunā iela and continue until you reach the intersection with Alejas iela. Turn right onto Alejas iela. Continue walking straight for about 400 meters, and you will find the Jāņa Čakstes area at Alejas iela 15, which will be on your left.

You can take a local bus to get to Jāņa Čakstes area. Check the local bus schedule for routes that head towards Alejas iela. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop in the city center. A good starting point is the bus stop at Rīgas iela. Take the bus until you reach the stop labeled 'Alejas iela'. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance down Alejas iela, and you'll find the Jāņa Čakstes area at number 15.
