From the city center of Liepaja, head to the bus stop located at 'Liepāja, Stacijas iela'. Look for bus number 9 or 10, which are the buses that travel towards Karosta. Get on the bus and travel for about 15-20 minutes. When you reach the stop 'Invalīdu iela', disembark. From there, it's a short walk to Karosta Prison, which is located at Invalīdu iela 4. You will see the prison entrance ahead.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in the city center. Start by heading north towards the coast along the promenade. After you reach the end of the promenade, turn left onto Jūras iela and continue straight. Follow Jūras iela until you reach the intersection with Invalīdu iela. Turn right onto Invalīdu iela, and you will find Karosta Prison at number 4. The ride should take approximately 30 minutes.

Walking
For those who enjoy walking, start from the central square in Liepaja, heading north along K. Barona iela. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jūras iela. Turn left on Jūras iela and walk towards the coast. Once you reach the coast, follow the path along the beach until you reach the Karosta area. Continue straight until you see Invalīdu iela. Turn left and walk down Invalīdu iela until you arrive at Karosta Prison, located at Invalīdu iela 4. This walk will take approximately 50 minutes.
