Walking
Start at the center of Liepaja, near the Liepaja Concert Hall (Liepājas koncertzāle). From the concert hall, head north on Kūrmājas bulvāris for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with 14. novembra bulvāris. Turn left onto 14. novembra bulvāris and continue walking for approximately 600 meters. You will see the Northern Fort on your left side, located at 14. novembra bulvāris 145-141.

From the central bus station in Liepaja, take bus number 4 towards 'Zvejnieku iela'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Oskara Kalpaka iela' stop. From there, walk approximately 400 meters towards 14. novembra bulvāris. Turn left on 14. novembra bulvāris, and you'll find the Northern Fort at 14. novembra bulvāris 145-141.
