Car
If you're driving, make your way to Rīga’s city center. Use the main road routes such as A1 or A2 to reach Rīga. Once in the city, follow signs towards the Central District. Park your car at one of the nearby parking facilities, such as the Parking House in the Old Town or the Stockmann shopping center parking. From there, it's a short walk to Rātslaukums. Head towards the Rātslaukums square, which is easily recognizable and located near other landmarks.
Public Transportation
To reach the First Public Christmas Tree using public transport, take a bus or tram to the Central Station (Centrālais Dzelzceļa Stacija). From there, you can either walk or take tram number 7 or 9 headed towards the 'Rātslaukums' stop. If walking, exit the station and head east towards the Old Town. Continue straight along the street until you reach Rātslaukums square. The First Public Christmas Tree is prominently located in this area.
