From Agenskalns, head towards Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela. Walk along this street until you reach the intersection with Tērbatas iela. Turn right onto Tērbatas iela and continue straight until you reach the City Centre, which will take approximately 20 minutes on foot. You will know you are approaching the city center when you start to see more shops and cafes.

Alternatively, you can take a tram from Agenskalns. Head to the nearest tram stop, which is usually located on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela. Look for tram lines 1 or 2 heading towards the City Centre. The tram ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Rātslaukums' which is the closest stop to Riga Castle. From there, it's a short walk of about 5 minutes to Pils laukums 3, where Riga Castle is located.
