If you are in the Old Town (Vecrīga), head towards the Freedom Monument, which you can see from most parts of the Old Town. Once you reach the Freedom Monument, walk straight down Elizabetes Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Basteja Street. Turn left onto Basteja Street, and you will see Bastejkalna Park directly ahead.

Take Tram number 11 or 4 from the nearest tram stop to your location. If you are in the Old Town, walk to the 'Jānis Rozentāls Square' tram stop. Board the tram and travel to the 'Raiņa bulvāris' stop. Once you get off, walk towards the Freedom Monument, and then follow the walking directions provided above to reach Bastejkalna Park.
