If you're near the Old Town, head to the nearest tram stop, which is usually 'Jāņa sēta'. Board tram number 1 or 2. Ride for about 4 stops until you reach 'Rīgas Centrāltirgus'. From there, exit the tram and walk towards Aspazijas bulvāris. The Laima Clock is located at Aspazijas bulvāris 20, just a short 5-minute walk straight ahead.

If you are already in the area of the Freedom Monument, simply walk towards the monument and head west along Brīvības iela. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Aspazijas bulvāris. Turn left on Aspazijas bulvāris and Laima Clock will be located on your right at number 20.

From the Riga Central Bus Station, walk towards the tram stop located just outside the bus station. Take tram number 4 towards 'Zasulauks'. After 5 stops, get off at 'Rīgas Centrāltirgus'.
