If you are near the central market (Centrālais tirgus), head towards the direction of the river Daugava. Walk along the riverbank towards the central bridge called Akmens tilts. After crossing the bridge, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kaļķu iela. Turn left onto Kaļķu iela, and you will find Plac Ratuszowy a short walk ahead on your right side.
