Walking
From the central train station (Rīgas dzelzceļa stacija), exit onto Rīgas iela and head towards the Old Town (Vecrīga). Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the main square (Livu laukums). From there, turn right onto Kaļķu iela, and after a short walk, you will see Plac Ratuszowy on your left.
