Public Transport
If you are near the city center, take tram number 5 or 7 from any tram stop heading towards 'Jugla' or 'Mežaparks'. Get off at the 'Pils' tram stop. From there, walk towards the direction of the large building ahead, which is Riga Castle. It should take you about 5 minutes to walk.
Walking
If you are in the Old Town (Vecrīga), start at the Town Hall Square (Rātslaukums). Head northeast along the 'Audešu iela' street until you reach 'Pils laukums'. The castle is located at Pils laukums 3, and the walk will take approximately 10 minutes.
Bus
From the central bus station (Autoosta), take bus number 22 heading towards 'Ziepniekkalns'. Get off at the 'Pils laukums' stop. The castle will be just a short walk away, directly in front of you at Pils laukums 3.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, head towards the city center from where you are. Follow the signs towards the Old Town, then continue to 'Pils laukums'. There are bike lanes that will take you directly to the castle, which is located at Pils laukums 3.
