Public Transport
If you're near the city center, head to the nearest tram or bus stop. Take tram number 5 or 7 and get off at the 'Aldaris' stop. From there, walk straight down Brīvības iela until you reach Herdera laukums, which will be on your right. The Riga Cathedral is located at Herdera laukums 6.
Walking
If you're within walking distance from the Old Town, start at the House of the Blackheads. Walk down the cobblestone streets towards the Daugava River. Once you reach the river, turn left and continue along the waterfront until you see the bridge. Cross the bridge and head straight until you reach Herdera laukums. The Riga Cathedral will be at number 6 on your left.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can book a taxi or use a ride-sharing app. Simply input 'Riga Cathedral' or 'Herdera laukums 6, Rīga' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the cathedral.
