Walking
From Sigulda Center, start at the Sigulda Railway Station. Head northeast on Pils iela (Castle Street) towards Krimulda Parish. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by the Sigulda Castle on your right. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with the Krimulda Road. Turn left onto Krimulda Road and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Vikmestes Taka. Once you see the sign, follow it and you will reach Vikmestes Taka within a few minutes.
Public Transport
From Sigulda Center, walk to the nearest bus stop at Sigulda. Take the bus number 1 or 2 towards Krimulda. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Krimulda stop. After disembarking, walk along Krimulda Road for about 500 meters, following the signs to Vikmestes Taka. The pathway will lead you directly to the attraction.
Bicycle
From Sigulda Center, rent a bicycle from any local rental shop. Head towards the Sigulda Castle and follow the bike path that leads northeast. You will cycle along Pils iela, passing through scenic views of the area. Continue for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Krimulda Road. Turn left and cycle for another kilometer. Look for the Vikmestes Taka signs along the way. The total cycling distance is about 3 kilometers, which should take around 15-20 minutes.
