From the center of Talsi, head towards the Talsi Castle Hill (Talsu Pils). Walk down the main street, Rīgas iela, towards the intersection with Jāņa iela. Turn left onto Jāņa iela and continue straight until you reach the bus station at Talsi Autoosta. From there, you can catch a bus to Kuldīga. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes.
